1. Use of the Game

By downloading or playing Cat Logic: Brain Puzzle, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the game for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment.

2. No Misuse or Reverse Engineering

You agree not to modify, disrupt, exploit, decompile, decrypt, or reverse engineer any part of the game or its backend systems. Any attempt to gain unauthorized access to game assets, client code, or services is strictly prohibited.

3. Ads and Rewarded Ads

The game contains advertising (banners, interstitials, and rewarded videos) provided by Google AdMob.

Rewarded ads are optional and may be used to receive in-game resources. Rewards are granted only after the ad is successfully completed.

4. Optional Future Purchases

If a Remove Ads purchase is added later, it will remove passive ads such as banner and interstitial ads. Rewarded ads for optional resource refills may remain available. All purchases are processed through the Google Play Store billing service, and the availability of purchases is subject to Google Play's terms and conditions.

5. No Guarantee of Uninterrupted Service

The game is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee that the game will operate without interruption, lag, or errors. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the game or any features at any time without notice or liability.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the game, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
